We had the pleasure of welcoming a dynamic group of professionals from across Africa as part of the ABSA Global Markets Graduate Programme 2025, an inspiring initiative designed to shape the continent’s future leaders in banking, finance, and technology.

Delivered in collaboration with Duke Corporate Education and The Global Exec. The programme offers global exposure and practical insights to some of Africa’s most promising young talent. Framed by the programme’s theme, “Mauritius as a Digital Gateway to Africa,” our General Manager, Mr Dharma Basgeet, together with Mr Keshi Ramkorun (Fintech Manager), and Mr Nadeem H. Kaudeer (Head of Business Development), who shared perspectives on FinTech innovation, regional connectivity, and the rapidly evolving digital landscape in Africa.

As a technology company firmly established in Mauritius and expanding across Africa, Harel Mallac Technologies is proud to support initiatives that cultivate talent, foster critical thinking, and empower the next generation of leaders. We believe that successful digital transformation is not only about cutting-edge infrastructure, but also about people — their ideas, passion, and power to shape the future. This visit was a powerful reminder of the importance of cross-border collaboration and knowledge-sharing to drive Africa’s digital future. It was an honour to contribute to this pan-African endeavour!
