Bank of Africa Madagascar was struggling with long queues at its branches, which hurt customer service and reduced branch productivity.

Solutions Provided

Harel Mallac Technologies worked closely with EO Solutions to design and implement a custom deposit solution. The process included:

  • Collaborating with the bank’s IT, Electronic Payments, and Marketing teams
  • Building a detailed technical and financial proposal
  • Running a Proof of Concept (PoC) phase, followed by full project deployment
  • Providing weekly check-ins for continuous client support
